Getting started with the Discovery Process

Logical Software provides a quick and easy way (and at no cost) to determine how the CTI Discovery process can benefit your project.

Discovery Consultation

Our first step is to get to know you and your organization, the background behind your project and the desired outcomes. The fastest and least expensive way to do this is via a teleconference with your key Call Center, Telecom, and IT personnel. Select 2 – 3 persons from this group and schedule a conference call with our CTI specialists.

During a 45–90 minute call, we will review your project objectives, corporate, call center background, and collect the information necessary to determine how a CTI Discovery will assist your team. There is no charge for this service.

Discovery Quotation

Based on the information obtained during the teleconference we will provide written recommendations on how a CTI Discovery will benefit your project. This will include a quotation outlining the costs and time to complete a CTI Discovery. This quotation will be delivered to you within 10 days of the teleconference. This is no charge for this service.

Going Forward

Upon receipt of our Discovery Recommendations and Quotation, your team will be able to clearly identify the benefits of completing a CTI Discovery for your project.
